Syberra is a senior engineering team based in Dubai. We've been shipping production software for the last nine years — for founders, for studios, and for ourselves.
Syberra started in 2017 as a two-person engineering consultancy in Dubai. The first project was an internal ops tool for a logistics company — not glamorous, but it had to actually work, and the rest of the work followed from that.
We grew on a single principle: ship the system, then keep operating it. We don't pitch the work, we don't sell the work, we don't hand it off — we run it. That's the whole reason founders bring us in.
Today we're a small senior team, all Dubai-based. We pick our work, we keep the roster tight, and we ship continuously. No outsourcing, no offshoring, no time-zone tag — the people who pitched the project are the people building it.
If it's not in production by week three, the team is wrong, the scope is wrong, or we are. Daily deploys are the floor.

Runs the studio. Picks the engagements, sets the roadmap, and is usually the first email back when a founder writes in.
Owns the technical bar. Writes the spec.md, picks the stack, and signs off the architecture before anyone opens a PR.
